Service Description
👉 Online bookings start with the $50 Triple “C” Check-Up (per system). Want Precision Maintenance instead? No problem—we’ll adjust the time and confirm everything by phone, text, or email. 👉 Pricing is per system. For multiple systems, book separately or give us a quick call—we’ll make it easy. 👉 Payment is due at service. Pay online or by card, or save 5% with cash or check.

Cancellation Policy
We like to keep things simple and fair. A small $10 deposit holds your appointment, and payment is due on the day of service. You can pay the remaining $149 online or with a card when we arrive. If you’d like to save a little, there are two easy ways to do it: pay $99 in advance for your service, or pay $100 in cash on the day of your appointment. Multi-System Pricing: Service includes one system. You can add up to 2 additional systems (for a total of 3) at $100 each (regular $149), or $75 each if paid in cash or in advance. For 4 or more systems, please call to schedule and confirm pricing. Either way, we appreciate your business and look forward to keeping your home comfortable year-round.
